The winders ( each side 52 positions ) have biconical bobbins:
length 450 mm x 240 mm x 90 mm core diameter -
for approx. 3 to 4 kgs yarn per bobbin.
The line has 3 sets of godets 480mm wide each with 7 roillers -
length 500 mm x 160 mm diameter
2 ovens: length 2500 mm x entrance of the oven 500 mm
production expected to be 28-30t/month at 140m/min in 2 x 12h or 3 x 8h shifts
